  • Do you provide refunds? What is your policy?

    It is our mission to provide our students with a great learning experience; one of quality and educational standards.

    ( Damaged, Defective or Missing Kit Item )
    If you receive a Kit that is damaged, defective, or missing products, please contact us by sending an email to [email protected] within 24 hours upon receipt of the Kit. Our customer/student support team will respond to your email with the necessary steps that need to be taken.

    ( Online Course )
    When the online course is purchased, it is immediately available for students to begin their training. This is generally why the online course is not eligible for a refund. We may approve a refund request under the following specific conditions:
    1. We must receive an email request at [email protected] within 24 hours of when the course was purchased.
    2. The online course content was not under any circumstances accessed, partially or completely.

  • Do I need to be a licensed Medical professional, Cosmetologist, or Esthetician to take your course?

    No you do not. However, you should research the appropriate licensing requirements to practice Eyelash Extensions in your State or any other State you plan to practice Eyelash Extensions in.

  • What happens when I click the "Purchase" course button?

    You will initiate the student users enrollment process and will be instructed to complete a two step checkout process 1. Sign up for a student account, or log into an existing student account. 2. Select a payment method, input credit card details and confirm the purchase.

  • Will this course teach me about Classic, Hybrid, Volume & Mega Volume?

    Yes, the course covers all four sets. You will learn about Classic, Hybrid, Volume & Mega Volume.

  • How long will I have access to complete the training course?

    Students will have 14 days to complete the training course (including weekends and holidays), and this is to allow the extra time needed to mail your kit, and for you to receive the kit.
    Your designated course time starts as soon as you complete your purchase on the checkout page. When your course time expires, you will no longer have access. For this reason, we encourage students to prepare a scheduled time for themselves to successfully complete their online training course.

  • When I order the course with the Kit, how will I receive the kit?

    The Kit will be mailed Priority through USPS within 48hrs. of the time your course purchase is finalized on the checkout page, to the shipping address provided when you created your student account, and a tracking number will be emailed to you.

  • What is provided in the Kit? (Service 15 Clients)

  • Will I receive a certificate of completion?

    Yes, you will receive a certificate of completion at the end of your completed course. This is a downloadable document.
